USSVI Capitol Base Tolling of the Boats Ceremony

A memorial service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery in remembrance of the submariners lost on the USS F-4 (SS-23 Skate). Both traditional “tolling of the boats” and a ceremonial wreath laying will occur.
The service will be held at the intersection of Roosevelt and McClellan Drives. Please RSVP by 1 May 2026.
