The NSL is excited to introduce our New Professionals Initiative (NPI) which aims to foster a vibrant community of industry, active-duty, and civilian professionals who are committed to supporting the Submarine Force. With 10 NSL Chapters nationwide, there will soon be opportunity for NPI engagement near you!

Our Goals

Networking Opportunities

NSL Member Mentorship Program

Pairing New Professionals with experienced NSL members who can provide guidance, advice, and support. This program is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, helping you navigate your career path with the wisdom of seasoned professionals.

Increase Sub Club Involvement

Encouraging active participation in Sub Club activities. Engagement with these clubs offers a platform to contribute to the submarine force community, enhance your skills, and collaborate on innovative projects.

In addition to in-person events, we will offer virtual networking opportunities through webinars, online forums, and video conferences. These virtual options ensure that New Professionals can connect and collaborate regardless of their location.

The Submarine Review

A quarterly magazine available to all members, U.S. submarine installations, and Congress. Anyone can submit an article, and select major pieces may qualify for a stipend or an award.
