SECNAV Del Toro Recognized at USNA 5 February 2025

Naval Submarine League Executive Director, LCDR Steve Fischer, USN (Ret), presents a desk set to SECNAV Del Toro thanking him for his service to the Navy and our country. The occasion was the Secretary’s last address to the Brigade of Midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy, 13 January 2025.
