Nautilus Chapter
The Fire Control Excellence Award is given to the graduate of each Submarine Officer Basic Course who has achieved the greatest understanding of Target Motion Analysis as measured by demonstrated proficiency in plotting mechanics and fire control system operation. The award, established in 1996, is sponsored by the Nautilus Chapter of Naval Submarine League.
